Worklife Institute is under the direction of Diana C. Dale, D.Min., in Houston, Texas. The Institute offers training and program development in leadership for students, including basic, advanced, and specialized mediation training. This P.R.I.M.E. relationship allows for students to complete all required residency for the degree of Master of Mediation, Doctor of Mediation, or Doctor of Ministry at the Worklife Institute in Houston.

Any Foundation student may take one or more Units of Study at the Institute. Students desiring to complete all of their residency at the Institute must comply with the rules and standards set by the Institute for its certificate of completion. Any student may exercise the Non Project Option at the Foundation in South Bend in lieu of the Exit Project by prior consent of the Foundation's administrative office.
