John H. Morgan is the Karl Mannheim Professor of the History and Philosophy of the Social Sciences at the Foundation and holds the Doctor of Philosophy from the Hartford Seminary, the Doctor of Science from the London College of Applied Science, and the Doctor of Psychology from Foundation House/Oxford where he is a Senior Fellow. He has held postdoctoral appointments at Harvard, Yale, and Princeton and has been a National Science Foundation Science Faculty Fellow at the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Morgan has taught for a number of years in the Oxford University summer theology program and in 1995 was appointed to their Board of Studies. In 2009, Dr. Morgan was named to the International Advisory Board of the Oxford University Centre for Religion in Public Life and in 2010, he was appointed a Visiting Scholar in the Centre for Near Eastern Studies at New York University.
