Russell Neitzke, Ed.D.

Russell Neitzke is Dean of the College and W. Edwards Deming Professor of Educational Reform. He attended Ball State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Engineering and Technology with a minor in Physics. He then went on to receive a Master of Science in Information and Communication Science from Ball State. He received his Doctor of Education from the GTF in 2004. Dr. Neitzke's ongoing research includes the simplification and proliferation of interactive educational media theory and design, artificial intelligence, ethical induced pluripotent stem-cell research, music composition and multi-media educational video production.
