Russell Neitzke is Dean of the College and W. Edwards Deming
Professor of Educational Reform at Cloverdale College. He attended
Ball State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Music
Engineering and Technology with a minor in Physics. He then went on
to receive a Master of Science in Information and Communication
Science from Ball State. He received his Doctor of Education from
the GTF in 2004. Dr. Neitzke's consulting experiences and research
projects include names such as Thomson Consumer Electronics,
Nissan, Ramco, Skyline Corporation, The University of Notre Dame,
Ameritech, Bayer, Geocel and the City of Elkhart.
