You will be invited to call and schedule a defense after the following have been received by our offices:

Dissertation Proposal
Abstract and Biographical Statement
1 CD-ROM copy of the dissertation (PDF or MS Word format)
3 unbound copies of the dissertation
Thesis Supervisor (Ordinarius) sign-off answering the 6 key points within the dissertation
