Oxford Foundation Fellowships

Oxford Foundation Fellowships are designed as post-doctoral, short-term, independent study opportunities for established academics and ministry professionals desiring to take advantage of residency and research facilities in Oxford, England. The Graduate Theological Foundation’s program “Foundation House/Oxford,” sponsors several Oxford Foundation Fellowships annually. These fellowships are suitable for academics and ministry professionals needing to take a short-term sabbatical for topic-specific research in religious studies, theology and related fields.

Oxford Foundation Fellowships (OFF) allow for Fellows to obtain a personal identification pass to the Bodleian Library of Oxford University. Fellowships are under the general oversight of the Dean of Studies of the Foundation House/Oxford program. Recipients of these Fellowships also receive a Certificate of Appointment as an Oxford Foundation Fellow and a bronze-cast medallion. Fellowships are competitive and limited in number.
